Indiana Mixed Grill
Looking for a great excuse to fire up the grill? Try this Indiana themed dish! Using the perfectly prepared Roast Half Duck and corn lathered in Duck Fat, this quintessential Hoosier recipe is a quick and delicious weeknight meal!
Ingredients

1 Roast Half Duck

1 Tbsp. Duck Fat, melted

6-8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 Ears Sweet Corn, Shucked

1 Tbsp. St. Elmo’s cocktail sauce

Salt to taste

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Place Roast Half Duck skin side down on grill. Cook for 10 minutes.

Brush corn with duck fat. Add corn and cook, turning frequently for 15 minutes or until charred.

Flip roast half and cook for 5 more minutes.

Place shrimp on skewers. Place on the grill and cook for 2 minutes per side.

Salt corn to taste. Brush St. Elmo’s Sauce on shrimp. Serve duck, shrimp, and corn on a platter together.
