Air Fry Roast Half Duck

It is simple to air fry roast half duck. If frozen, defrost overnight. Pre-heat air-fryer to 390 °F. Separate half duck into two portions and arrange portions in air fryer so they do not overlap. Air fry for 12 minutes. Carefully remove portions and let them rest 1-2 minutes before serving.
