Thanksgiving Duck Bowl

Do you have a fridge full of food from the Thanksgiving feast and are wondering what to do with them? Try this delicious and easy recipe that includes those holiday staples like mashed potatoes and stuffing!

Ingredients

  • 2 Duck Breast

  • 1 Cup Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 Cup Stuffing

  • ½ Cup Green Beans or Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce

  • 4 Tbsp Gravy

Directions

    Score duck breast skin, making a crisscross pattern.

    Place duck skin side down in sauté pan, cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium low heat to render fat.

    Flip duck breast over and cook in the pan on medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

    Warm up leftover mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, and green beans or brussels sprouts.

    Layer potatoes, then stuffing, and green veggies into two bowls for serving.

    Slice duck breast thinly. Top each bowl with duck breast.
