Asian Duck Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients

12 oz. Ground Duck

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium yellow onion, finely diced

1 tbsp. oil

¼ cup hoisin sauce

3 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp. ginger, freshly grated

1 tbsp. hot sauce

4 oz. whole water chestnuts, finely diced

1 small bunch green onions, thinly sliced

1 head butter lettuce

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oil a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground duck and onion in pan for 7 minutes.

Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and hot sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in water chestnuts and green onions and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

To serve, place several tablespoons of the duck mixture into the center of a butter lettuce leave. Serve immediately.
