Duck Nachos

Duck nachos

Duck Nachos are so easy to make with shredded Maple Leaf Farms Roast Half Duck meat.

Ingredients

    8 oz. Tortilla Chips

  • 3

    12 oz. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

  • 4

    1 cup Diced Tomato

  • 5

    Salsa

  • 6

    Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt

  • 7

    2 Green Onions, sliced

Directions

    Remove meat from roast half duck and chop.

  • 2

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • 3

    On an oven-safe platter, place half the chips. Sprinkle with half of the cheese and half of the duck meat.

    Top the first layer with leftover chips, cheese and duck meat.

  • 5

    Bake nachos about 5 minutes, until cheese melts. Remove from oven.

    Scatter tomatoes on top then drizzle with salsa. Top with dollops of sour cream or yogurt; add sliced green onions.

*Serving suggestion: Ground Duck Meat or Pulled Duck Leg Meat can be substituted.
