Duck Fat Popcorn

Duck Fat Popcorn

It's just popcorn! There is not a whole lot to it. Using Duck Fat gives the popcorn an even more delicious flavor than regular oils. Add truffle salt for the final touch and enjoy your movie night!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. Duck Fat

  • ½ Cup popcorn kernels

  • 2 tsp. truffle salt

Directions

    Heat 3 tbsp. duck fat in a large pot on medium high heat, reserve 1 tbsp. of duck fat for later.

    Add kernels to the pot and cover with a lid. Shake the pan as the popcorn pops.

    Once the popcorn stops popping, remove pot from heat and remove the lid. Toss remaining duck fat and truffle salt in. Serve immediately.
