Ingredients

  • 2 Duck Leg Confit, Defrosted

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese

  • ¾ Cup Hot Sauce

  • ¾ Cup Ranch

  • ½ Cup Bleu Cheese Crumbles

  • Green Onions, Thinly Sliced for Garnish

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake Duck Confit for 15 minutes.

    Shred and chop confit into bite-size pieces.

    In a cast iron pan on low heat, mix cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce combined. Simmer for 2-3 minutes then mix in duck confit and blue cheese.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Garnish with scallions and serve.
