Ingredients
Duck, water, food starch modified, salt, sodium phosphates
Breading
Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spices, (extractives of Paprika and Turmeric,) water
Batter
Wheat Flour, Pea Starch, Salt, Wheat Gluten, dextrose, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Leavening (Sodium
acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), Spice, extractives of Paprika, spice
extractives (Including extractive of celery seed)), Soybean Oil.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat convection oven to 375°F and arrange product (single layer) on sheet pan.

Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.

Heat deep fryer to 350°F.

Fry small batches of tenders at 350°F for 4 minutes

Product should be cooked to internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a cooking thermometer.
