Spicy Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients

    12 Large Garlic Cloves, minced

    1/4 Cup Hot Chile Sauce with Garlic, Kame brand

  • 3

    2 Tablespoons Sesame Seed Oil

  • 4

    1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

  • 5

    1/4 Cup + 1 Teaspoon Japanese Rice Vinegar

  • 6

    1/2 Cup Hoisin Sauce

  • 7

    1/2 Teaspoon Sugar

  • 8

    2 Tablespoons Water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together. Blend well. Keep refrigerated until use -- use at room temperature.
