Peri Peri Duck Wings

2 lbs. Duck Wings

1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced

1/2 Medium Red Onion, Chopped

3 Jalapeno Peppers, Roughly Chopped

1 Cup Red Chili Peppers, Roughly Chopped

3 Tbsp. Fresh Basil

2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp. Oregano

1 Tbsp. Paprika

1 tsp. Ground Pepper

1/2 Cup Olive Oil plus 1 Tbsp.

6 cloves Garlic, Roughly Chopped

2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions

Cook Duck Wings from Frozen.
Option 1: Air fryer - Place in air fryer in a flat layer. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Flip halfway through.
Option 2: Pan Fry - Using a pan with 4-inch sides, pre-heat 2 inches of oil to 350 degrees F. Cook for 3 minutes, turn duck wings over, cook for another 3 minutes or until hot.

On medium heat, cook red bell pepper and onions in 1 Tbsp olive oil for 5 minutes.

In the food processor, pour cooked red bell pepper, cooked onion, jalapenos, red chili peppers, basil, oregano, paprika, pepper, olive oil, and garlic.

Pour mixture into sauce pan. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar and heat on medium high for 3 minutes.
