Ingredients

    2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Onion

    1/2 Teaspoon Ground Sage

    1/2 Teaspoon Basil

    1/2 Teaspoon Marjoram

  • 6

    1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder

    1/2 Teaspoon Thyme

  • 8

    1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne

  • 9

    1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 10

    1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

    In a deep bowl combine all ingredients until well blended. mixture can be shaped in 2 ways:

    Shape into 24 large marble shaped balls. Freeze. Bake unthawed, starting out in cold oven, 325° for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6.

    Shape into eight 1/4 cup patties. Freeze. Bake unthawed starting out in a cold oven, 325° for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4, 2 patties each.
