Duck sausage

Tasty duck sausage patties make any breakfast special. Adjust the spices to make it more mild or even spicier!

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Onion

  • 3

    1/2 tsp. Ground Sage

  • 4

    1/2 tsp. Basil

  • 5

    1/2 tsp. Marjoram

  • 6

    1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

  • 7

    1/2 tsp. Thyme

  • 8

    1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

  • 9

    1 tsp. Salt

  • 10

    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions

    In deep bowl combine all ingredients until well blended.

    Mixture can be shaped in 2 ways.

    Shape into 24 large marble-sized balls. Freeze.

  • 4

    Bake unthawed, starting out in cold oven, at 325F for 20-25 minutes.

    OR Shape into 8 1/4-cup patties. Freeze.

  • 6

    Bake unthawed, starting out in cold oven, at 325F for 20-25 minutes.

  • 7

    Serves 4, 2 patties each.
