Duck Grain Bowl
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and melt Duck Fat in a sheet pan while preheating.
Place carrot sticks and bell pepper slices on preheated pan and mix to coat with Duck Fat. Add salt and pepper if desired. Roast for 20 minutes in the oven.
While veggies are in the oven, cook Duck Breast according to packaging directions or with our online Duck Breast Cooking Instructions.
Once veggies are cool, thinly slice Duck Breast and start to assemble your grain bowl: Grain on the bottom, scallions, carrots, peppers and Duck Breast fanned out around the sides of the bowl. Place zoodles in the center & enjoy. Add a dressing on top for extra flavor!
