Duck focaccia pizza

Ready within half an hour, this pizza's focaccia crust is permeated with sun-dried tomato marinara.

Ingredients

    6- 7" Prepared Focaccia Bread Rounds

  • 2

    12 oz. Sun-dried Tomato Marinara Sauce

  • 3

    12 oz. Sun-dried Tomatoes

  • 4

    12 oz. Provolone Cheese, sliced

  • 5

    6 oz. Roasted Garlic Cloves

  • 6

    2 Maple Leaf Farms Boneless Duck Breasts*, skin removed and cooked according to package directions

    3 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, minced

Directions

    Cut the cooked duck breast into bite-sized pieces.

  • 2

    Spread 2 ounces of marinara sauce on focaccia. Top with sun-dried tomatoes, provolone cheese slices, roasted garlic cloves and duck.

    Sprinkle with minced rosemary.

  • 4

    Place on sheet pan and bake at 400°F for 13-15 minutes.

*Note: Other Maple Leaf Farms products may be used for the duck meat: Ground Duck Meat, Roast Half Duck, Rotisserie Roast Half or Pulled Duck Meat.
