Duck Burgers
Great on the grill!
Ingredients

2 lbs. Maple Leaf Farms All Natural Ground Duck, thawed

4 Tbsp. Bread Crumbs

1 Tbsp. Minced Raw Onion

1/2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley

1 tsp. Minced Garlic

Coarsely Ground Salt and Pepper, to taste

2 Tbsp. Canola Oil or Melted Butter

6 Hamburgers Buns
Directions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Mix all duck, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and garlic in a bowl and let sit 10 minutes.

Form six patties from mixture and generously coat with salt and pepper.

Brush grill rack with oil or butter and place patties on grill.

Turn patties when bottom side is marked.

Continue to turn, brushing with oil/butter as needed, until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F (about five to seven minutes).

Cut buns in half and toast.

Place burgers on buns and top with desired condiments.
