Maple Leaf Farms duck is cared for in a free to roam environment on small family duck farms throughout Northern Indiana according to our Trident Stewardship program guidelines.

Ingredients
Duck, water, sodium lactate, 2% or less of maltodextrin, salt, sodium phosphates, sugar, modified food starch, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated bell pepper, yeast extract, spices, onion powder, lemon juice powder, natural smoke flavor, beta carotene, spice extractives, citric acid, soybean oil, natural flavor

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ready Time: 30 minutes

Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

    If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

    Remove from bag and place in shallow baking pan.

    Bake for 25 minutes.

Grill
  • 1

    If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.

  • 2

    Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on rack and heat for 10 minutes.

  • 3

    Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
