Our handcrafted Duck Potstickers are made exclusively with Maple Leaf Farms' ground duck breast meat to ensure the highest quality. Ready for the serving tray with minimal preparation! A great addition for your friendly gatherings or a delicious appetizer option for any menu.

Our duck is raised & cared for in a free to roam environment on small family duck farms throughout Northern Indiana. Maple Leaf Farms prioritizes our duck well-being with our Trident Stewardship program.

Filling Ingredients:
Ground duck, carrot, green onions, rendered chicken fat, egg whites, guar gum, sugar, sesame seed oil, salt, ginger, Chinese five spice

Wrapper Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, eggs, salt, dusted with corn starch, sealed with xanthan gum

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5-20 minutes depending on cook method
Ready Time: 15-30 minutes depending on cook method

    Cook from frozen

Conventional Oven

    Bake on an oiled baking sheet at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.

    Steam in a steamer for 7 - 8 minutes.

Deep Fry

    Fry for 5 -7 minutes in 350 degree F oil

Pan Fry
  • 1

    Fry for 8 - 10 minutes over medium heat in a pan with 1/2 cup water & 3 TBSP Sesame oil

All Preparations

    All preparations should be continued until the internal temperature of the potsticker reaches 165 degrees F
