Dough Ingredients:
All purpose flour bleached enriched, water, sugar, nonfat dry milk high heat, canola oil, active dry yeast, baking powder
Filling Ingredients:
Roasted duck, Hoisin sauce, green onion, aniseed powder, five spices(dried ginger, anise, fennel, clove, cinnamon)
Cooking Instructions

Place 6 quarts of water in a covered 20 x 12 x 4 steaming pan.

Preheat water to a boil.

Place up to 6 duck bao portions on a lightly oiled 20 x 12 x 2 pan insert, leaving at least 1 inch between portions.

Place the insert with the duck bao into the steamer.

Cook covered for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
