Maple Leaf Farms goal is to raise ALL birds without antibiotics. We do not administer antibiotics to any of our ducks EVER for growth promotion. However, we believe that if an illness occurs, treating animals as prescribed by a licensed veterinarian is the humane choice. Our All Natural Antibiotic Free Whole Duck has NEVER EVER received antibiotics - ensuring they are the healthiest ducks! Best for roasting or deep frying, you are sure to leave your family wanting more!

Our duck is raised & cared for in a free to roam environment on small family duck farms throughout Northern Indiana. Maple Leaf Farms prioritizes our duck well-being with our Trident Stewardship program.

Cooking Instructions

    If frozen, thaw out in refrigerator.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Remove from bag. Remove neck and giblets from body cavity.

    Dab duck with paper towels.

  • 5

    Season to taste.

    Roast uncovered, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan for 30 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F (82 degrees C), measured at the thigh joint.

    The legs move freely and juices run clear when duck is done.

    Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
