Our crowd-pleasing Fully Cooked Duck Wing Drummettes are a wonderful addition to any casual get together. The tender, delicious flavor of duck wrapped in a crispy, golden brown coating - our wings are perfect as an appetizer, entree or snack. Add your own sauce (or make one of ours) and create hot wings!

Cook from frozen

Deep Frying Instructions:

  1. Using a deep fat fryer, pre-heat oil to 350 degrees F.
  2. Drop the frozen wings into the oil individually, ensuring wings do not stick together or the sides of the fryer.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until hot.
  4. After draining of excess oil, mix the wings with your favorite sauce or serve with sauce on the side.

Pan Frying Instructions:
  1. Using a pan with 4-inch sides, pre-heat 2 inches of oil to 350 degrees F.
  2. Drop the frozen wings into the oil individually, ensuring wings do not stick together or the sides of the pan.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes then turn wings over. Cook another 3 minutes or until hot.
  4. After draining of excess oil, mix the wings with your favorite sauce or serve with sauce on the side.

Oven Baking Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Using a baking sheet with at least 1-inch sides, spray or grease the sheet pan.
  3. Holding a duck wing over the baking sheet, spray top and bottom well with cooking spray (vegetable or canola oil spray works best). Repeat with remaining wings.
  4. Place in oven.
  5. If wings are frozen, bake for 13 minutes, then turn wings over and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
  6. If wings are thawed, bake for 10 minutes, then turn wings over and bake for another 5-6 minutes.
  7. For even crunchier, browner wings, place under broiler for 2-3 minutes, watching carefully so as not to burn.
  8. Mix the wings with your favorite sauce or serve with sauce on the side.
