Maple Candied Duck Bacon

Great as a salad topper, pancake or cupcake topper, in cookies, in chocolate or eaten as is.

4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

1/2 Tbsp. Real Maple Syrup

1/2 Tbsp. Whiskey

1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (optional)

1 pkg (12 oz.) Maple Leaf Farms Duck Bacon


Share this recipe

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, combine sugar, syrup, whiskey and cayenne. Lay bacon out on parchment paper and brush with sugar mixture, evenly coating both sides of each strip.

3. Bake bacon for 15-20 minutes, turning over half way through.

4. Let cool on a wire rack, then serve and enjoy!
