Brunch Berry Fruit Salad

With yogurt, orange juice and fresh berries, this recipe provides a healthy option for a summer treat.

1/3 cup Orange Juice

3 Tbsp. Sugar

1/4 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

2 cups Sliced Strawberries

2 cups Blueberries

2 cups Raspberries or Blackberries, or 1 cup of each

1 cup Vanilla or Raspberry Yogurt

1 Tbsp. Finely Shredded Orange Peel

In a large bowl, combine orange juice, sugar and vanilla; mix until sugar dissolves. Add berries; toss well. Cover; chill at least 2 hours or up to 6 hours before serving. Spoon into small dessert bowls; top with yogurt and orange peel.
