Spicy Fruit Sauce

Serve on the side with roasted or grilled duck

1 pint Apricot Nectar

5 Tbsp. Sugar

1/2 cup Vinegar

1/2 cup Crushed Pineapple, drained

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 cup Maraschino Cherry Juice

1 dash Cayenne Pepper

1/2 tsp. Ginger Powder

2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

2 Tbsp. Water

Blend the first eight ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a slow rolling boil. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water and stir into the above. Cook over low heat until sauce is clear. Serve on the side.
