Ingredients


4 Tablespoons Butter


1/2 Cup Brown Sugar


1 Teaspoon Salt


1 Teaspoon Grated Orange Rind


1 Cup Crushed Pineapple with Syrup


2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

Share this recipe

1. Melt butter in large heavy skillet. Stir in brown sugar, salt, orange rind, and pineapple. Heat until boiling, remove from heat.


2. Dissolve the cornstarch in about 2 tablespoons of cold water and stir into pineapple mixture. Stir until thickened. Serve warm.
