Chef Category: Grand Prize $10,000; Four (4) Additional Finalist Prizes of $1,000 each
Chef Contest Flyer. To enter the Chef Category, you must be an executive chef, sous chef or lead line cook in a restaurant, catering company or non-commercial foodservice establishment. Distributor chefs, retail market chefs, personal chefs and culinary instructors are also eligible and invited to participate.

Student Category: Grand Prize $5,000; Four (4) Additional Finalist Prizes of $500 each & knife set
Student Contest Flyer. To enter the Student Category, you must be a student at a professional culinary school and submit proof of current enrollment.


Contest Entry Period
Contest entry is now closed for 2017.
Three Master Chefs will select and evaluate the Top 20 recipes to select five finalists' recipes that will be prepared and tasted in each category. Recipes will be judged using these criteria: Creativity/Originality, Accuracy of Recipe/Methodology, and Flavor

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST. Entrants may submit up to three recipes in one of the two categories. Each recipe must be submitted separately. Contest open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., 18 years old or older.
